Happy Tails is an online pet store based in Kingston, Jamaica.

Yes – all brands carried by Happy Tails are healthy, all natural and preservative free. Some of our products are also 100% sustainable or made from recycled products.

No – treats are to be given in moderation and never to be used to replace your pet’s meals.

To place an order, search for an item you would like to order or click ‘shop by category’ or ‘shop by pet’. Add to cart and proceed to check out. On the checkout page, add or select your shipping address and payment method. 

When you’re ready, click ‘place order’ and we will send an email confirming your order.

Yes – we deliver islandwide through premium local services.

We provide fast and efficient shipping within 1-2 business days locally. Same day delivery is available if orders are made before 12pm.

We offer a flat delivery rate of J$900.00 within the Kingston and St. Andrew corporate area, actual charges will be shown at checkout.  Delivery charge for large parcels and/or dog food is J$1500.00 (deliveries by car) within the corporate area. 

For islandwide delivery, our delivery rates apply for orders delivered to the Knutsford Express.

Pick up is also available at 149 King Street, Kingston Monday to Fridays, between 9am to 4pm.

Payment & Refund

As our valued customer, your satisfaction is our top priority. We are happy to exchange or offer store credit within 7 days of your purchase. The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it with all original packaging and tags. If the packaging or tags are removed from the item it will not be eligible for exchange. Sale items are final sale. 

We will offer refunds once the product is expired or defective. You will be responsible for the delivery cost to exchange your item. Delivery fees are non-refundable.
