You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 24 hours without giving any reason for doing so.

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

As our valued customer we will do our very best to ensure you are 100% satisfied with our products and that the Goods are not faulty or damaged when your receive them.  In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return or exchange, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days
  • The Goods are unopened and in the original packaging 
  • The Goods are proven defective or incorrect

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The item is used and the packaging and tags are removed.
  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature (treats and other food items), inseparably mixed with other items.
  • Sale items are final sale.

You will be responsible for the delivery cost to return or exchange your item.  You will not be responsible for return shipping if your item is deemed defective.

Conditions for Refunds

Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. We cannot offer refunds if you change your mind because you no longer want the items.  Store Credit or Exchange is eligible within 3 working days if you no longer want the items and items must be returned unopened and in their original packaging.  We only offer refunds if the Goods are defective or if we make a mistake with sending you the incorrect item.

Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded. Delivery fees are non-refundable.  We recommend you check your products 1 day upon receiving the order or upon delivery.

Your refund will be processed to whatever method of payment you used or in the form of store credit.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend a reliable and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods.

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you and also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
